At a time when British Manufacturing is important to the UK economy, Calder is proud to be a contributor to overseas trade. “We ship approximately 500 tonnes of lead shielding products out of the UK each year including drums, blankets, bricks and our chevron rails system. We also need to service demand from Europe and the wider world for our synchrotron beamline hutches” explains Maurice.
