Sewing small lead weights in to the hem of a curtain is an old trick used by the drapery industry to help their products hang correctly.

Calder textile weights are carefully manufactured from high quality lead on our purpose built Dynacast machines. Both rectangular and round lead penny weights are available in various sizes, weights and quantities to suit different curtain styles and dimensions.
