Lead Shot
Our lead shot is manufactured using a state of the art automated facility and machine graded to guarantee consistency of size and quality. Calder fine grade lead shot is used by many major industries; it can be blended with epoxy resin and used as ballast by boat builders or other industries, mixed into concrete or used on its own to provide radiation shielding and used in the manufacture of free machining steel throughout the world.
Calder supplies a range of sizes of lead shot between 0.4mm & 7mm. Specific sizes are detailed in the table below. Alternative sizes are available – please contact us for a Quotation.
